Olga’s Art Studio participated in 2014 “Dream Big” Art Contest. Several students created beautiful artworks and received Honorable Mention Awards. One of them is 6 year old Jake who painted himself as an artist.

Study Albrecht Durer’s Hand drawing
One of the most challenging subjects for beginner or professional artists is drawing hands or feet. Studying masters is a great way to start. Adult class created hand study of their favorite artists.
Michael chose to create a study of Albrecht Durer’s hand drawing. He was inspired to add a touch of color.
Colorful Watercolor Still-life by 6 year old
6 year old Dunya painted a lively still-life watercolor. Nothing in her still-life matches the original colors in the still-life. Her unique vision & harmony of colors that’s what matters.

Teen Art Class in Edgewater NJ
We are glad to announce the opening of our Teen Art Class. Kids 11 and up are welcome to improve their drawing and painting skills in a fun and creative atmosphere. Olga demonstrates proper art techniques and teaches fundamentals of art making. She helps students prepare art portfolios for top high schools and colleges.

9 Russian Artists at Barsky Gallery
On Friday I saw Russian Pavilion exhibition, a group exhibition of 9 Russian artists at Barsky Gallery. I am biased since my passion is printmaking and I loved the works of Artem Mirolevich. I you like art do not miss this exhibition it closes on November 30th.
